The countless gold and silver geometric patterns like a knitted lace, drawn on Japanese paper, reveal the inner light in a cloudy world. It seems to teach us that there is always light that illuminates the path we take along the time axis from when we are born into this world until we leave this world. Reisui draws the subtleties of human feelings, using Japanese painting materials such as “Sumi” black ink that is familiar to her hand as a calligrapher. Her works have a delicate touch, yet they confront our inner strength, making her art unique.
"Sparkle in the calm"
Sorrow in the abyss of the heart,ーshe doesn’t know if it comes from the experience of her early childhood or due to the loneliness as a human nature, it will not go away whether in love, in loneliness, or in gratitude. However, there is light, It's not a glamorous light, but it's definitely there and sparkles quietly. She draws those moments in which the light can be seen.
